National Right to Work Act Update
On February 1, 2017 two Republican members of the House of Representatives (Steve King, R-IA, and Joe Wilson R-SC) introduced a bill (HR 785) entitled “the National Right-to-Work Act” which would amend both the national Labor Relations act and the Railway labor act to let Union members across the country opt out of paying mandatory dues.
