Your completed 2016 SHAPE Report is due on or before January 31, 2017. All reports must be submitted online, and only those submitted online will be accepted.
Double congratulations are in order for Big Ben SHRM for collecting not one, but TWO honors at the recent SHRM Volunteer Leaders Summit in Washington, D.C.
This event will begin at 1:00 p.m. on March 29th with a series of informative presentations. Following the presentations, there will be an attendee reception from 5:00 pm to 7:00 p.m. at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel.

This event will introduce attendees to a brand new format designed to better provide educational opportunities for all levels of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) chapter leadership.

The completed form provides SHRM with a list of the chapter's board members. Don’t forget to submit your reports by December 1, 2016. Visit the Volunteer Leader Resource Center for more details under the Communities section of the SHRM website.
The HR Florida District Directors are pleased to announce nominations are now being accepted for the 2016 President’s Award. The award will recognize one exemplary Chapter President who has significantly impacted the performance of their chapter by leading with a combination of compassion, creativity and innovation. It is presented at the 2017 Leadership Conference in Orlando, FL, on January 7, 2017.

Chapter Excellence Award Winners

Annually, the HR Florida State Council recognizes the diligent work of local Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) affiliated chapters with the presentation of the chapter excellence awards. The awards focus on the demonstrated achievements, execution and success of one or more leadership core areas. The core areas include: diversity, workforce readiness, college relations, membership, certification, global affairs and legislative affairs.
