HR Florida

2019 is off to a great start for the HR Florida State Council, which has been honored with the Seven Seals Award from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), a U.S. Department of Defense program, for its meritorious leadership and support of men and women who serve our country as part of the National Guard and Reserve.
During the January 4th Council Meeting, HR Florida State Council President Heather Deyrieux presented the Humanitarian Award to Bay County Chapter President Tiffani Hinds and President- Elect Stephanie Conn. Created to recognize those who have given their time, talent and/or treasure, the accolade celebrates a chapter’s caring contributions made for the well-being of its community. The Bay County honorees were presented with $1,000 for their post-hurricane recovery efforts to aid the members of their chapter.

Adopting a tobacco free worksite is an easy and cost-effective way to improve employee health, and your company’s bottom line. Tobacco free worksites protect employees from harmful secondhand smoke and encourage current tobacco users to quit, saving lives and reducing the significant cost of tobacco use in your workplace.
