Wellbeing Works Florida/Tobacco Free Florida | Make a Splash at HRFL19

Power in teams! Wellbeing Works Florida (WWF) and Tobacco Free Florida (TFF) teamed up with adjoining booths and made a big impact at HRFL19 in Orlando. While WWF Wellbeing Ambassadors and sponsor partners staffed the WWF booth, the TFF team worked their Platinum Sponsor booth.

“The response to the program was incredible, and our WWF staff worked super hard. Some members of our WWF team drove long distances just to work this event. That means a lot. I am so proud of our Orlando WWF family and sponsor partners this week. We met so many human resources professionals and chapter members and presidents from all across Florida who learned about our new wellbeing educational outreach program. We are touching employers and employees throughout the state of Florida. The WWF passion and teamwork with TFF next to us was over the top! It exceeded even our highest expectations,” says Elisabeth Doehring, HR Florida State Council Wellbeing Director.

The WWF “green” team consisted of Aurelis Moreno, Lucille Ford, Lisa DePatie, Jeri Dembrak, Kate Corbin, Kim Biehunik-Justiss, Leia White, Stephanie Swint, Mike Powers, Rachael Baker, and Marian Morlock. To celebrate their hard work they were treated by HRFL State Council to a Wellbeing Ambassador Healthy Breakfast on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at the Gaylord Palms.

We are educating the HR community about Tobacco Free services of ‘Quit Your Way’ as well as the new exciting program initiative Wellbeing Works Florida. This is a program with great energy and momentum.”
